Taj Mahal Sea Point, is situated in the bustling Regent Street, with it’s endless supply of restaurants and night spots. It’s also in close walking distance to the popular Sea Point beach and promenade and like it’s sister restaurant in Hout Bay serves up delicious Indian food to the many tourists and locals alike.

It’s an unassuming place. Not always that busy for sit downs but a great option for take-outs. But don’t judge a book by it’s cover. I certainly did with the Hout Bay branch and was pleasantly surprised by the standard of the food. A bit expensive though considering they are more in the league of a Spur than a Bukhara, but it seems you pay about the same for Indian food anywhere you go.

It’s casual and family friendly. The location is in Regent Street so remember, parking could be a challenge. See this link for a full review of the Hout Bay branch.
