There is a message going around on social media that Mezbaan and Bistro 126 at the Hilton Hotel in Cape Town has had their halaal certificate withdrawn. It is stated on the Sanha website as well.

According to the Food and Beverages manager at the Hilton, they have decided to change Halaal Certification bodies and are no more certified by Sanha. But they are now certified by The Islamic Council of South Africa (I.C.S.A.).

A reader requested to see the Halaal certificate from Mezbaan for reassurance that they really are certified. The Hilton sent me these below.
