February, the month of love is here and whether you believe in it or not, the pressure is on. Many will say, aaarrgh, it means nothing. It’s just a commercial scam. And while all that is true, there is an unspoken expectation about the 14th of February. Even the most jaded ice queen will be delighted at receiving a Valentine gift or treat or even just a card with that awful, corny poetry. They will of course tell you otherwise, but don’t believe it I say! Even the smallest display of affection can win major brownie points. It’s all about the effort. I’ll probably be thrown out of the independent womens’ fraternity for this but it’s all in the name of  LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
