Tomorrow, August 9, is the anniversary of the great women’s march of 1956, where women marched to the Union Buildings to protest against the carrying of passbooks. Now we have claimed August as Women’s month. A time we celebrate the achievements of women and how far they have come to gain a foothold in a man’s world.

In honour of this, Hungry for Halaal is partnering with Mugg and Bean Kenilworth centre to give you the chance to WIN a leisurely brunch with your rocking women friends. It’s a time to kick back, take a break from work, the kids, the chores, the cooking, and catch up with the people who know, understand and support you as only your girlfriends can.
