I love anything that speeds life up for me so I tried the Sasko Bran Muffin pre-mix recently. This is not a sponsored post in any way but I must say this pre-mix was excellent. It was so quick to make and the end result is perfect. Not too sweet to feel like cake and just enough texture to feel healthy and wholesome.
I added some dates and pecans to my batter and then got it into my head that a drip shot with some toffee sauce would look great. So I spent all of 10 minutes making this quick Ginger Toffee Sauce just so I could take a cute pic.
Here’s how to make the Ginger Toffee Sauce. It tasted so good drizzled over this muffin. Or leave it out if you’re gonna be judgy…😂
1 cup brown sugar (I used @naturasugars demerara sugar)
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup milk
3/4 tsp ginger powder
Bring all to a boil on low heat in a small saucepan. Allow to boil gently for 2 minutes. remove from heat and allow to cool.
