Nuri Sushi Factory is quite easily Cape Town’s favourite sushi restaurant. They’ve been around at least 10 years if not longer and have cornered the market on great quality sushi at great value.
Having started out in the CBD on parliament street they were always buzzing with a young crowd of sushi lovers, a large portion of which was Muslim who accepted their “halaal friendly” status as they used to allow corkage or BYO when they first opened.
They have since opened a few other branches and now have 4 branches: CBD, Sea Point, Claremont and the latest being their N1 City Branch. The Northern Suburbs folks are dancing on their roofs.
We are also very happy to say that all these branches are now halaal certified by ICSA so if you’ve been reluctant in the past, you can now go and get your sushi fix from Nuri with confidence.
