Comforting and warming, this easy Biscoff mug cake is the sweetest Winter treat.

Biscoff Mug Cake

Ingredients
60gr butter
2 eggs
4 tablespoon brown suagr
2 tablespoon milk
2 teaspoon vanilla essence
1 cup self raising flour
200gr Biscoff Spread (keep 4 teaspoons aside)

Method
Grease 4 microwave safe mugs. Melt butter in microwave on high for 10 seconds or until melted. In a seperate bowl, whisk eggs with a fork. Add in the sugar, milk and vanilla essence and whisk until combined. Add the flour and whisk until smooth. Add in the melted butter and the Biscoff spread. Ensure it is combined. Divide the mixture into the 4 mugs. Top each mug with a teaspoon of the Biscoff spread. Microwave on high for 1 minute 10 seconds or until puffed and firm when lightly touched.
