Smoothies are a quick and easy way to pack a lot of nutrition into a really short meal. Dates, almonds and peanut butter are all powerhouses and deliver energy and fullness in a quick meal. This is a good option for a Sehri meal during Ramadaan.
Peanut butter and almond
½ cup yoghurt
½ cup milk
3 chopped dates or 1 banana
1 Tbsp peanut butter
1 Tbsp honey
handfull of raw almonds
Blits all together with stick a blender.
