This simple dessert is one of those summer staples that always goes down a treat. Whether it’s for the kids around the pool or a refreshing way to round off a summer braai. It’s the simplest pudding to make, needs minimal dishes and leaves you with loads of time to enjoy not being in the kitchen all day.

Strawberry Delight

This will serve about 6-8 people
Ingredients:
1 Packet Strawberry Jelly
1 cup Boiled Water
1/2 tin Condensed Milk
1 x 500ml Strawberry Yoghurt (preferably with pieces)
Fresh Cream to decorate
Fresh Strawberries to decorate
Method:
Mix jelly with boiled water until jelly is dissolved. Allow to cool. You can put this in the freezer to speed things up. Just don’t forget about about as it will set.
Add condensed milk and beat well. Add the yogurt and beat until combined.
Pour into pyrex dish or individual bowls and refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or overnight.
Beat fresh cream and pipe on top decorating with the strawberries.
