On the Menu

Labia Polo – Green bean rice with beef or lamb chunks
Kashke Badmjan – Mezze made with smoked eggplant, tangy whey, garlic and fried onions
Shirazi Chopped Salad

The class will start at 11am for 4-5 hours. There will be a demo and some interactive cooking where you can try your hand. Persian tea and snacks will be served during the class and you will enjoy a family style lunch together afterwards.
