Pathetic service received on more than one occassion at the N1 branch. Their waiting period is up to an hour, in addition to leaving with your order and some items ordered have not been put into the takeaway bag (even with the order slip attached to it).
i had to wait for 2hours for my food, I fast food restaurant that takes 2 hours and on top of that my food came cold , very unprofessional, would not recommend to order from n1 city nuri sushi restaurant, rather other from a different branch

More than an hour wait for food and terribly rude management who is unhelpful.
N1 City’s service, time management, delivery and efficacy is very poor. They really need to up their game compared to the CBD branch. Very disappointing indeed since they are very close to us in the Northern suburbs. Been let down on 3 occasions now. We would rather drive to Town than order from them right on our door step.
