All Good Food have closed their shop in Claremont. They are focusing on daily organic meals, family packed meals and their weekly veg box.

The 1st Halaal Organic Health Food store in Cape Town. Stocks banting & paleo products, coffee & tea, fruit & veg, raw honey, dairy, breads & much more.

The business is owned and run by Rameez Amodien and his wife who are passionate about healthy living. Rameez gave up the corporate grind to start a business that would have a better impact on him and the community.

Pop in and order a healthy sandwich freshly made, or whatever other meals are on offer for the day. You could also be tempted by luscious banting cheesecake and other sweet treats. Rameez also does deliveries to drop off points of organic fruits and vegetables that can be ordered before the time.
